Welcome to the ABC Treehouse in Amsterdam
Remember that childhood treehouse? You mainly went up there to be with your friends, away from your parents. Climbing the ladder into the tree, you could stand there and look out beyond the leaves to see the world and the state it was in. Together with your pals you could plan to save it, change it or forget it. It was a refuge, it was a launch pad. It was a place where you could express yourself.The ABC Treehouse is a special place where people and ideas meet to dream and work together. It's part of The American Book Center, one of the largest centers for English language books in continental Europe.
Now in early 2012, we'd like to rethink/refresh the concept of The ABC Treehouse and how we at The American Book Center can best use the building in the future. Your ideas are welcome. Send them to treehouse@abc.nl.
